A good job or the RIGHT opportunity usually depends on WHO you know not WHAT you know. Even if you don't have enough money or the "right qualifications" with a little effort, a whole lot of luck and ACCESS to the RIGHT person it can change the ENTIRE course of your life. As a child I did not live in a "good school district" but somehow my mother met the school superintendent and was able to get me into a more academically competitive public school on the RIGHT side of town. The skills I learned at that school help me EVERYDAY in my adult life.
